Prime Timers
Prime Timers is a ministry to meet the connectional needs of our community’s senior and retired adults. As such, the mission of the Prime Timers is to provide opportunities for spiritual formation, fellowship and outreach to these very vital and active members of our community. The primary goal of the Prime Timer Ministry is to respond to the changing interests and needs of our elders with respect, grace, compassion and ongoing support.
Prime Timers meet on the 2nd Saturday of the month at Church for programming that includes fellowship gatherings and educational and informational enrichment. Other programming events include monthly Faith at the movies lunch gatherings; an annual off-site spiritual day retreat; a short-term 3-day golf trip; cultural day outings; and a year-end Christmas Bash. Prime Timers also participate in community service and outreach projects, such as cooking at our monthly Shared Bread meal service.
